Flourless Chocolate Cake
A painfully rich and decadent
flourless cake, that isn’t overly sweet, but is incredibly rich and
chocolaty. This cake has a very high chocolate content, containing both
unsweetened and bittersweet Belgian chocolate, with a small amount of
added sugar.
