Christabel and
Patrick are both professionally trained in wine and beverage services,
with credentials from the International Sommelier's Guild and the Society of
Wine Educators. We'd be pleased to organize your next wine-tasting
event or party. Similarly, we offer wine and food pairing services for
any event we cater, as well as cellar and commercial consultations.
Wine or spirit tastings - Based on your interests, we will
organize, shop and present an educational wine tasting event in your
home. We can also provide cheese and/or charcuterie parings if desired.
The costs is $25/hr for consultation, product sourcing and on-site
presentation, plus product costs and glass rentals. Educational
materials and hand outs are included.
Time requirements are determined on an event-by-event basis, but
please expect, for example, that an event with 8-10 products and 12
guests, will require 4 hours on-site time (including set up, clean up and
presentation) and 1-2 hours off site. Large parties may require a
second educator on site.
Private parties and events - We will provide beverages at liquor or wine
store prices plus a 20% surcharge for delivery and
consultation services.
If you would like a full-service bar for a catered event , we will provide a bartender for
$20/hr |
