Terms and Conditions

 
  • Cost does not include GST or gratuities.
  • The prices and contents of the menus are subject to change without notice, until the booking is confirmed.
  • Children under 12 will be charged 50% of the regular rate.
  • Deposits:  For parties of 50 or more - $200 down at time of booking, with the balance due in 10 days. Payment will be required on the confirmed guests, plus any extra guests that attend. Guaranteed guest numbers are required 10 days before event. For Parties less than 50 - $100 at time of booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to the event. Guaranteed guest numbers are required 4 days before event.
 
Staffing  
  • Unless noted as included (as in the case for BBQ and dinner party packages) staffing rates are as follows:
    • Professional Chef $25/Hour
    • Supervisor $25/Hour
    • Bartender $20/Hour
    • Server $20/Hour
    • Cleaning Staff $20/Hour

All staff must be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.

Adequate staffing is important to ensuring a seamless event. We will consult with you at time of booking to establish the correct number of staff.
 

 
Rentals

Unless otherwise stated, rentals of dishware, glassware, linens, tents, dance floors are not included. We will gladly arrange rentals on your behalf. A service charge of 20% will be added to the cost of the rentals, and includes dishwashing, pick up and delivery.

Prices do include all chafing dishes, bowls, platters, trays, serving dishes and utensils.

If your venue has its own plates and cutlery, our dishwashing fee is $40.

 
   
Bar and Sommelier Services

We are pleased to offer our professional sommelier service for your event Alcohol is provided at liquor or wine store prices - a 20% surcharge will be added for delivery and consultation services.

If you would like a full-service bar, our bartender can be booked for $20/hr
