Serafina's Ravioli - High quality ravioli with
stuffings such porcini mushroom, lobster and proscuitto. I bought mine
at the D'Ambrosio Deli on Oak Bay Ave. Prices range from $9-$11. Great
flavour with ingredients that go beyond the title on the bag. My porcini
mushroom ravioli, in addition to porcini and belotus mushrooms, were
filled with Fontina, Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese. I tossed them with
some cream, fresh figs and parmesan and they were divine. |
