| Ingredients: |

| 1 1/2 cups of couscous |
| 3 cups of water or chicken stock |
| 1/2 cup of peas |
| (1 tsp of salt, if using water only) |

| Method: |
| |
| Bring water (or stock) to a boil |
| Add couscous and stir well |
| Place lid on pot and remove from heat, wait 5 minutes |
| Remove lid and stir in peas, replace lid and wait another 5
minutes |
