Couscous
This dish accompanies our North African style chicken recipe

 

 
Ingredients:
 
1 1/2 cups of couscous
3 cups of water or chicken stock
1/2 cup of peas
(1 tsp of salt, if using water only)
 
Method:
 
Bring water (or stock) to a boil
Add couscous and stir well
Place lid on pot and remove from heat, wait 5 minutes
Remove lid and stir in peas, replace lid and wait another 5 minutes
Serve with our North African Style Chicken or Lima Bean recipe
