Pre-review

A pre-review is a shorter less detailed version of a full review. Pre-reviews are used for new restaurants. Readers are interested in new restaurants, so I like to visit them, but it's not fair to pass judgment on a new business for at least a couple of months. In a pre-review I try to focus on the business' potential, but prepare early stage visitors for some of the growing pains new restaurants encounter. The pre-review will be updated with a more detailed visit down the road, when I feel their out of their 'new' phase.
